THIS COURSE WILL BE RUN ON LINE VIA ZOOM - YOU WILL RECEIVE THE LOG IN A WEEK BEFORE THE START OF THE SESSION.

This is a morning course for women either on their own or with a birth partner/companion. It is for 1st time parents . There are 2 sessions: Thursdays 18 and 25 September - 9:15am-12:30pm.
We aim to cover the process of labour and birth, stages of labour, when to come in and what to bring, getting labour started and medical induction, managing pain, self help techniques, birth, assisted birth, caesarean birth and some practical baby care skills.
Try to attend your course between 30 and 35 weeks.
