Description

The First in a series of Fine Dining events at St Pauls Club. This is Grill Night with a super menu and a great chef.(Details below) Two further events later in the year. 26th August with Chef Josh Porter and another great menu (British Night) and Paul Fielding returns on 16th September for Morrocan Night.

Treat yourself (and someone else!!) to a fantastic meal in our historic dining room.

Starter

Crayfish, wild smoked salmon, fresh peas and feves, garnished with brown shrimp, lemon vinaigrette and alfafa sprouts

Main course

Seared fillet steak, dauphinoise potato, purple sprouting broccoli, grilled flat cap mushrooms and roasted vine tomatoes with Bernaise sauce

Dessert

Raspberry eton mess: a traditional dessert of meringue, whipped vanilla cream and fruit puree
