About The Chef

Josh has worked in various restaurants from bistros to Michelin-starred restaurants in both the Midlands and London and their expertise in both classic and modern techniques work perfectly to create dishes that suit every taste, style and cuisine. He strives to use the most local and best ingredients of the seasons taking care to bring the best out of them. He liaises closely with his suppliers which allows him to take advantage of the best nature has to offer, be it top quality beef to the humble carrot. He loves what he does and is more than happy to create bespoke menus to suit everyones needs whilst taking care to stick to his ethos of classic flavours with a modern twist. Josh has also trained as a cocktail barman and sommelier and therefore has knowledge that encompasses the whole experience.
