Session Outline: 1.5 hour interactive session to:
- Understand what the term ‘VAWG’ covers and its impact
- Know what the ‘Bystander Effect’ is
- Understand 4 different options of intervention when we see abuse or harassment
- Empower one another to use our position to keep each other safe
- Equip ourselves with contacts and resources to tackle abuse and harassment
Suitable for: Essential for Bexley frontline workers, support staff and those working with vulnerable people, and recommended for all.
