**GWEMINAR AR-LEIN**

Un peth mewn bywyd sy'n barhaus yw Newid - Weithiau, gallwn ganfod newid yn aflonyddol, heriol a dychrynllyd, ar brydiau. Mae pawb ohonom yn profi cyfnodau o newid drwy gydol ein bywyd, ac i nifer ohonom, nid yw hyn erioed wedi bod mor wir nag yn y flwyddyn ddiwethaf!

Yn ystod y sesiwn ryngweithiol hon, byddwn yn archwilio ffyrdd o weld newid yn fwy cadarnhaol, myfyrio ar ein profiadau sydd wedi rhoi gwytnwch i ni, ac edrych ar y cyfleoedd y gall newid eu rhoi i ni ddysgu, datblygu a thyfu.

Nodau sesiwn allweddol:

- Dysgu am yr wyth cam i newid llwyddiannus

- Datblygu ymwybyddiaeth o adnoddau, dulliau gweithredu ac offer allweddol sy'n cefnogi cyfnodau o newid

- Gwybod sut a phryd i geisio cymorth allanol wrth i ni brofi newid

Darperir y sesiwn hon yn Saesneg - bydd RCS yn cysylltu â phob cyfranogwr ar ôl y sesiwn, ar gyfer gwerthuso a chynnig cymorth ychwanegol.

**ONLINE WEBINAR**

LIVING WITH CHANGE

One thing in life that is a constant is Change - We can sometimes find change disruptive, challenging and at times scary. We all experience periods of change throughout our lives, for many of us this has never been more true that in the last year!.

During this interactive session we'll explore ways to see change more positively, reflect on our experiences that have given us resilience, and look at the opportunities that change gives us to learn, develop and grow.

Key session aims:

- Learn about the eight steps to successful change

- Develop an awareness of key resources, approaches and tools that support periods of change

- Knowing how and when to access external support as we experience change

This session will be delivered in English – all participants will be contact by RCS following the session, for evaluation and additional support.
