Emersons Green running club is committed to providing a COVID-safe environment, compliant with England Athletics' standards. By booking a place on this run you undertake to comply with the following:

1. Any members with any symptoms of COVID-19 should not attend a training session;

2. Any members from a household with someone with any symptoms of COVID-19 should not attend a training session;

3. Any members who are self-isolating should not attend a training session.

4. Members undertake to comply with social distancing at all times before, during and after the training session. This includes leaving the Pomphrey Hill site promptly at the end of the session.

5. Should you receive a positive result in a COVID-19 test in the days following your attendance at an EGRC training session, please let us know. This will allow us to communicate this fact to other session attendees; we will not name you in this communication.
