Yes, but due to space if you can avoid bringing prams inside that would be helpful. We do have space for a few if absolutely necessary.

We will be offering brief Diastasis & Scar checks on the day. We will also be offering the opportunity to try out some exercises and stretches to help with returning to movement and fitness following delivery. So please wear appropriate clothing if you would like to participate.

When should I come to the workshop?

The best time to come is about 6 weeks after your c-section. We don't advise attending before this point but if you delivered a while ago, come along and we will be able to advise your best way forward.

Can I attend when I am pregnant and awaiting c-section delivery?

We have an antenatal workshop to help with preparation and planning for birth (vaginal and c-section), so we would advise you book on the antenatal option. If you can't find this, please contact us info@gillianmccabe.co.uk
