This event is the fourteenth National Written Tutorial offered by the CAAV, complementing those offered by local associations and groups, and is aimed at assisting candidates coming forward for the examinations, and in particular the written papers.

Continuing the format of the past three years, the event is going to be fully interactive, covering core topics, using a case study. Pre-reading will be provided so that delegates may prepare for the day if they wish. Each topic will be delivered with an opportunity to apply the relevant law to the case study in small groups, with a mentor, before model answers are presented to the whole group.

The content will again be written and presented by a team from Michelmores Solicitors led by Ben Sharples FAAV and Adam Corbin FAAV.

The day will count as a CAAV tutorial and offers six hours of CPD.

It is also the final tutorial that will count towards the 2019 examinations.
