This event is the twentieth National Written Tutorial offered by the CAAV, complementing those offered by local associations and groups, and is aimed at assisting candidates coming forward for the examinations.
Once again this year, as preparation particularly for the national written examination, the event is being designed to be more interactive, working from past questions to cover core topics together with a syndicate and feedback session.
In preparing the day, the CAAV has welcomed the chance to work again with Ben Sharples, Adam Corbin and Jake Rostron of Michelmores Solicitors LLP along with their team.
The presentations, intended to be practical, interactive and with time for questions, cover a broad section of the legal aspects of the examinations syllabus setting out the key points as they are relevant to Valuers in practice.
The day will count as a CAAV tutorial and offers six tutorial hours.
