Residents with an address within the Epping Forest District are invited to attend the meeting in the public gallery with an official ticket. 1 ticket per person will need to be obtained via Eventbrite by midnight on Sunday 21 September.
Space is limited due to the capacity of the viewing gallery. In light of the anticipated interest in the meeting, on this occasion tickets will be issued on a first come, first served basis, to residents of the Epping Forest District ONLY, so as to give priority to persons residing within the Council’s area.
As well as your Eventbrite ticket, photo ID and proof of address (driving licence/utility bill/Council Tax) will need to be presented on entry.
Attendees will not be permitted to bring in placards and please be aware appropriate searches may be carried out.
Attendees are welcome to observe the meeting from the public gallery. This is not an opportunity to ask questions. Any attendees seen to be causing a disturbance will be removed from the public gallery.
If you have not been able to get a ticket, you will not be able to gain entry. ID, proof of address and tickets will be checked on the door. The meeting will be webcast LIVE and can be accessed on the details below at 7 pm on the day.
