Cacao & Bobinsana Heart Healing New Moon Ceremony

While we might be used to partying on the Full Moon, the New Moon is a time for introspection, finding guidance and releasing old negative patterns. Nourish yourself with a relaxing evening of healing, guided meditation, expressive movement and intuitive guidance. Whether this will be your first experience of Cacao in a ceremonial way, or if you’re a seasoned Cacao drinker, all are welcome for this heart-opening sacred evening. This ceremony we will also be welcoming in Bobinsana, another gentle plant medicine guide (from the Amazon, Peru) that works in alignment with Cacao to bring the most gentle yet profound opportunity to let go of emotional pain, bring in joy and love to your heart centre, and whisper to us through the gentle guidance of our intuition.

How the evening will run:

We will begin the evening in the beautiful and spacious studio ‘The Green Room’, Hampstead. You will each receive a smudging on entry, as well as some individual energy healing from Imogen during the ceremony. After setting our healing intentions we will be drinking the Cacao with Bobinsnana here in a sacred setting, followed by guided meditation, vision quest and the opportunity for optional improvised/intuitive movement release or continued rest, stillness and meditation; each experience is unique. There will be time for journalling any realisations or guidance that may come to you during the ceremony. You will end the evening with full hearts, clear minds and new friends.

6:45 PM - 7:00 PM Arrival
Please ring "The Green Room" doorbell on arrival. Walk up the stairs. Come in, get comfy, get settled. If you think you may be running late please text Imogen directly 07712 421 368. Once we open the ceremony there will be no more admittance possible. Please aim for 6:45 if possible, doors close at 7pm.

7:00 PM- 9 PM Sacred Cacao and Bobinsana Ceremony
Imogen will explain how the evening will run, what to expect and answer any questions.

We will then open the sacred space, set clear intentions and ask for guidance. We will focus on welcoming in gentle emotional healing and letting go of old negative patterns. Drinking Cacao in ceremony is an opportunity for journaling and rest or movement as you feel it; each experience is unique. This ceremony we will also be welcoming in Bobinsana, another gentle plant medicine guide that works in alignment with Cacao to bring the most gentle yet profound opportunity to let go of emotional pain, bring in joy and love to your heart centre.

9:00 PM- 9:30 PM Closing the Ceremony

We will close down the space with gratitude for what we have received. You will have the opportunity to share with others and feel part of the community we have created.

What to bring: (optional, but advised)

- A bottle or flask of water

- Notebook and something to write/draw with

- Warm socks

- Optional post-ceremony snack, for yourself or to share (you may be peckish after dancing)

About your Host:
Shamanic Healer, Imogen Kirk-Reynolds, will be holding space and guiding you through the evening. She has over a decade of experience in Energy Medicine and was initiated into the Rainbow Light School of Shamanic Medicine in the Amazon jungle, Peru, in 2018 where she met Cacao in a powerful way, this deepened with her Shamanic training in Bacalar, Mexico in 2021 where she learnt the Mexican tradition of Cacao ceremony. She has completed a dieta, and training with the plant medicine Bobinsana, one of the master plants of the Amazonian shamanic tradition, taking two months to focus on integrating this healing plant medicine under the guidance of a Peruvian Shaman, she is delighted to share this Shamanic plant teacher with others. She runs a London practice as “The Healing Nutritionist” in Energy Healing (Spiritual Healing and Shamanic Healing) and Naturopathic Nutrition, as well as teaching Intuitive Development, giving talks on Women’s Health and running Retreats.

Contraindications:
