Cacao Ceremony, North Stoke, Wallingford

By Tara Paonessa

Overview

A sacred space for you to slow down, breathe and come into connection with yourself, the season and Mother Earth

A full body exhale

Wrapped in ritual, serving ceremonial cacao and tea, this is a carefully created safe, sacred space. It is designed for you to slow down, exhale and come into connection with yourself, the season, and Mother Earth.

This restorative space, with no expectation to share, is for those looking to quiet their busy mind, open their heart space and hear the whispers from within.

I will have the privilege of guiding you on a journey, allowing you to sink into your body, connecting you to all your ten senses and the inner knowing that lives within you.

Followed by an opportunity for journaling and private self-reflection.

It is a quiet space, a peaceful space designed for those who are either new or familiar with cacao, and for those looking to be held in a protected environment as they journey within.

Ceremonial tea is served for those who prefer.
