Ceremonial cacao is the highest quality, pure, unheated, unprocessed whole cacao bean. The whole journey from how it's grown, packed and worked with is following the ancient wisdom traditions. It's highly nutritious as a superfood but also worked with as a plant medicine following the traditions.

The concept of a ‘cacao ceremony’ originated with the Chocolate Shaman, Keith Wilson. He received guidance to work with this high-grade form of cacao, bringing groups together with a shared intention to connect to their inner wisdom,  for healing, emotional release etc. See my website for more info

How does an online cacao ceremony work?

All you need to do- is to prepare your ceremonial cacao drink just before we begin, so it can be warm still for you to enjoy! Our session will be much like our usual ceremonies - still very intimate, with just a small group. I will guide through a powerful meditation and will support each person too

How can I make a ceremonial cacao drink?

Accepted Answer
