Cacao Connection and Sound Bath

Join me for an opportunity to connect and send some love through cacao, followed by a soothing crystal bowl sound bath at the Selly Oak Quaker Meeting House!

Indulge in the rich flavours of cacao as we connect with ourselves and each other in a serene setting. Feel the soothing vibrations of a crystal bowl sound bath wash over you, relaxing your mind and body. Don't miss out on this chance to treat yourself to a blissful evening of relaxation and connection.

Yoga mats are provided along with a blanket, eye mask, water and cacao (prepared with oat milk or water, whichever you choose). So you can relax without any input. However, feel free to bring your own yoga mat, a cushion and your favourite blanket to help you get into a place of comfort and deep relaxation. Be sure to get your loyalty card which allows you to join me for 5 sessions to get your 6th Free.

Doors open 5 minutes before to give you time to get a find your place and allow yourself to relax and settle. Also note that there is limited space in the car park, so please allow time to park on a nearby road and walk round, or where possible use public transport.

Please note that cacao does contain a small amount of caffeine, however, this drink can be used to improve sleep. It is not recommended that those who are pregnant or have epilepsy attend sound baths, we apologise for any upset this may cause.

Unfortunately, it is not recommended that you attend a sound bath if you have epilepsy.

What do you do at a sound bath?

The session will begin with a little relaxation and then you lie back and let the sounds wash over you.

I struggle to relax or my mind is very busy, can I still come?

Of course you can! It is normal to have lots of thoughts or find it hard to relax. If you do find your mind wondering, just bring your attention gently back to the sounds, your body or breath.
