Where can I buy cacao?

You can get cacao powder from shops such as Holland and Barrat, however I recommend, and will be using myself, raw cacao(in blocks). You can purchase this online, brands I have tried and tested include Full Power Cacao and Salva Bio Cacao.

Should I use raw cacao in blocks, or cacao powder?

I highly recommend using raw cacao blocks such as full power cacao, or Salva bio, and I will be doing this if you wish to cook along. However, if you prefer cacao powder that is ok as well.
