With the cacao's warmth settled within, we transition into Movement, encouraging the flow of energy through our bodies. Through intuitive, gentle practices of yoga and Qigong, we invite the Earth element, releasing tension and cultivating a mindful sense of being present in our physical body.
Next, we harness the power of the Breath. This cleansing practice calls upon the Wind element, helping us to clear stagnant emotional energy, ignite our inner fire, and usher in a renewed sense of clarity and peace.
The calm stillness that follows is held by a Sound Bath, using sound bowls, gongs and pipes, where healing frequencies wash over you, deepening the integration and allowing the body's natural wisdom to settle.
Finally, we meet the puifying intensity of the Sauna and Ice Bath—a dance of Fire and Water. Alternating between the purifying heat of a traditional Finnish sauna and the vitalising coolness of our oak barrel ice baths, we engage in contrast therapy.
