We begin with a meditative cacao ceremony, where Emma gently guides you into heartfelt connection and clear intention. From there, we move into a transformative breathwork practice designed to release energetic blockages, clear emotional residue, and realign your system. You’ll be lovingly held and supported throughout this powerful process of inner healing.

After breathwork, surrender into a rich sound healing journey led by the soulful voice of Karen Lane. Bathed in the vibrations of mantra, hand pan, ukulele, crystal bowls, and other ethereal instruments, your nervous system will find deep relief and restoration.

We close with Yoga Nidra - a guided meditation that invites you into the liminal space of deep rest, where intentions take root and transformation begins. Let the sacred medicine of Cacao uplift your spirit as you soften, unwind, and return home to yourself.

Emma is an experienced yoga teacher and ceremonial cacao facilitator based in London. She shares the magic and ritual of breath, movement, and meditation. Her circles are immersive, healing, and filled with joy.

One of her greatest passions is guiding students into the deep restorative state of Yoga Nidra (sleep yoga), where they can experience the regenerative power of the liminal space and the goddess of rest. Through her teaching, Emma helps others connect with the wisdom of their bodies, awaken to their intuitive soul purpose, and tap into the infinite source of creativity and power within.

Her yoga teaching integrates Elemental Mandala Flow, weaving fluid movement with meditative stillness, rooted in chakra wisdom and elemental philosophy. With over 20 years of practice and 1,000+ hours of training, she leads global retreats, cacao ceremonies, women’s circles, and breathwork sessions, drawing from Tantric, Vedic, Shamanic, and Celtic traditions.

Karen is an experienced London based Yoga and Somatics teacher, a voice coach and an extraordinary singer and performer. She sings many styles including bossa nova & jazz. Playing a range of soul soothing instruments to accompany her beautiful voice Karen will sing healing mantra and bath us in sound and song.
