What do I need to bring?

A comfortable yoga mat, blanket, pillow and water bottle. Wear comfy clothes. A drum or rattle if you have one

Do I need to prepare?

Cacao is a heart opening medicine and works best on an empty stomach so a period of 2 hours without food and just drinking water or herbal tea is good. Also breath work can be uncomfortable after a large meal. Avoid caffeine and heavy food beforehand.
