CACAO, SOUND & REIKI

You are warmly invited to a deeply restorative experience—a sound healing journey designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and reconnect you with the stillness within.

In this session, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation as the space fills with the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other sacred instruments. These sounds aren’t just heard—they are felt. They move through the body like ripples on water, gently dissolving stress, loosening tension, and helping the nervous system settle into a state of rest and repair.

This evening offers a magical soundscape to be open energetically to receive. Aisling will intuitively work around the space and your body to add an extra dimension to your sound journey of Reiki Energy Healing. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses universal life force energy to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body's natural healing processes. Practitioners channel this energy through gentle touch or by working in the energy field around the body.

No experience is necessary.

This is a safe and welcoming space for everyone—whether you’re completely new to sound or energy healing or simply in need of a moment to breathe. You’ll be invited to receive a heart-opening brew of Ceremonial Cacao* before lying down comfortably, supported with cushions and blankets, as sound waves do the work of soothing your system from the inside out.

As you listen, you may find that your busy thoughts begin to slow. You might feel your body growing heavier, or lighter. Emotions may rise and fall. Some people experience dreamlike visions, gentle releases, or simply a quiet, floating peace. However the journey unfolds, it is unique to you—and you are held every step of the way.

This is not a performance. It is a practice of receiving.

At the end you'll be gently reawakened by the sound of angelic chimes, leaving with a refreshed sense of energy and creativity.

*Cacao is celebrated for its medicinal benefits in supporting heart health and circulation. Given its heart-opening qualities, Cacao beautifully complements meditation, yoga, dance, and therapy, enhancing our connection to the heart, with others and ourselves. When we connect with the heart’s energy our voice may speak from a place of deeper intelligence carrying vibrations of peace and harmony. We will use the highest quality ceremonial Cacao from fairly traded, indigenous communities in Guatemala and Ecuador to open the heart and begin to melt the walls down that we build up around ourselves. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking SSRI's, anti-psychotics or have any serious health conditions - including heart and autoimmune - please let us know beforehand.

Useful Information (please read)

• Please bring with you a mat or blanket to lie on, something warm to wrap up in, an eye pillow and anything else you need to be comfortable. A bolster, blanket and mat are greatly recommended.
• We can accommodate for all experience levels and accessibility. Chairs can be provided if lying on the floor is difficult or uncomfortable for you. Please let us know in advance if you have any extra accessibility or support needs.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to make sure you are settled in and ready to begin. Latecomers may not be granted entry because of disruption, so please leave plenty of time to arrive. If you are going to be late please let us know on 07495710203.
• We are in the UPSTAIRS studio - when you arrive please come in the side door and up two flights of stairs to find us. Unfortunately we are not currently wheelchair accessible.

Hailing from the enchanted landscapes of South West England, Molly’s music weaves threads of a dreamy, British folk sound with her work in ambient, healing, devotional and world music genres to offer a soulful and mystical listening journey as a celebration of sound as healing, and song as a guided remembering of the Earth and language of universal love.
