A space to slow down and reconnect — with yourself, with your heart, and with others. We drink ceremonial-grade cacao (which is very different from hot chocolate), set intentions, and move into gentle stillness, reflection, or shared conversation. It’s a grounding and nourishing and heart opening.

Cacao is rich in theobromine - a mild stimulant that increases blood flow and supports mental focus without the jitteriness of caffeine.

It contains magnesium, antioxidants, and feel-good compounds that support mood, calm, and emotional balance. People  feel more clear, connected, creative.

Just you. If you’d like, bring a journal, a cozy layer, and wear comfortable clothes. But truly — there’s nothing you need to bring

Am I expected to share or participate?

There are no expectations at all during cacao ceremony. If you feel called to share, beautiful. If you just want to listen and take it in quietly, that’s perfect too. It’s a safe, held space, calming space — it is not a spotlight.

There’s no right answer. Some people feel peaceful, inspired, or deeply connected. Others feel emotional release, clarity, or simply nourished by stillness. Cacao works gently — sometimes it whispers, sometimes it speaks louder. Whatever shows up is welcome.

In a beautiful private space in Central London (W8). The exact address will be emailed 48 hours before the event to keep the space focused and intimate.

Haha — great question. Not really. Or maybe a little. It’s grounded, warm, soulful. Think of it as a gathering of open-hearted people with a cup of warm cacao, some reflection, a sprinkle of intention, and a moment to breathe. That’s it.

Is cacao suitable and safe for everyone?

Yes.  Yes — ceremonial cacao is very safe, and this circle is designed to be inclusive, gentle, and supportive.It is vegan, natural, and pregnancy-safe in small amounts. If you have a heart condition or take medication, we can offer a lighter cup — just let us know.
