I'm not very fit, will I still be able to join in?

There is no minimum level of fitness required - so long as you have no medical reason why you should not exercise then you are ready to go! You can make the exercise as easy or as challenging as you prefer.

Do I need any specific kit?

All of our bikes are fitted with conventional pedals, so all you need is a pair of trainers and comfortable clothing.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

The minimum age is 18 years old. You may be asked to prove your ID on arrival.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is free parking at the Marsh Farm Hotel

What's the refund policy?

A full refund will be made in the event of cancellation. Unfortunately we cannot refund non-attendance.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

There is no need to print your ticket, we can scan your ticket barcode on your phone
