This meeting will be attended by the Deputy Minister for Social Services, Julie Morgan MS

Contributions will be welcomed in Welsh and English, with translation facilities available.

You are invited to contribute to an online discussion on your experience of self-identifying or being identified as an unpaid carer by various services and support mechanisms.

• What are the benefits to identifying as a ‘carer’?

• Which organisations know you as a carer and how did this happen?

• What would make identification as a carer easier?

This meeting is part of a series of meetings with unpaid carers throughout 2022/23, facilitated by Carers Trust Wales on behalf of Welsh Government, to inform Welsh Government Ministers about the lived experiences of carers. You can find out more here.
