Caernarfon Epilepsy Action Talk and Support group

The group is run by Jan. Here's what they have to say about the group:

"I’m Jan Paterson, and I’ve been involved with Epilepsy Action in Cymru for several years. My personal experience as a parent supporting my eldest son through his journey with absence seizures caused by a tumour inspired me to help others facing similar challenges.

I’m passionate about making a positive difference in our communities and supporting those affected by epilepsy. Through my work, I’ve learned so much and had the privilege of meeting incredible people across Wales. I’m looking forward to continuing to grow the group and offering support to those who need it.

We’d love for you to get involved too and yes, I speak Welsh! Dwi’n siarad Cymraeg."
