We will meet at the historic Twyn Chapel, now a community centre, before journeying through the streets of Caerphilly. Visit the oldest building in the town before walking through the beautiful park. Our tour will walk around the outside of the famous castle while we hear stories of days gone by and the people who called Caerphilly home.

What happens if it rains?

Well, this is Wales and it rains quite a lot! Please come prepared as the tours will go ahead whatever the weather (though we might draw the line at a hurricane!)

Is the tour suitable for children?

Yes, the stories are all suitable for children.

Can I bring my dog?

Well behaved dogs are welcome, but please keep them on a lead and do not allow them to pester other visitors

Is the route accessible?

The tour follows the pavements and pathways of Caerphilly. We have tried to make it as accessible as possible and so it is suitable for wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility. It is also suitable for poor vision but we have not yet set up BSL for those with hearing difficulties
