Join us dreckly at Cafe Momus Manor Street Galleries on Saturday 15th November for Plymouth's second ever Cornish Folk Dance!
An inclusive and welcoming Celtic dance, Nos Lowen ('joyful night' in Cornish) is one of Cornwall's folk dance traditions. With Cornish tunes by Bagas Fellyon (Band of Fools) and sea shanties by Plymouth's own LGBTQ+ Seaweed in the Fruitlocker, this accessible tradition welcomes seasoned ceilidhers, practiced wigglers, and complete beginners alike.

With doors at 7pm we'll kick off at 7:30pm with queer shanties and a dance workshop to get you warmed up and in the mood for spinning, twirling, and stomping the night away.
