You will get the chance to attend both lectures and practical’s and get to meet ‘same year’ students, who could ultimately become your classmate. There is probably no better way of finding out whether Food is for you than doing a ‘trial run’.
Why choose Food?
Working in the food industry brings joy to people by providing a constant supply of quality, safe, traceable, and both affordable and luxury foods. It is a very competitive industry and is constantly changing, using technical innovations to meet consumer demands.
There are plenty of opportunities across the food and drink sector and like so many other industries, as your experience grows, your salary potential grows too. It's such an exciting career path to follow – take it from the people who are already in the industry.
Food attracts people who are interested in food, science, and technology and maybe with an interest in business or new product development. The food industry offers a wide range of job opportunities ranging from Food Technologists, Production Managers, New Product Development Technologists, Technical/Quality Managers, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain and Logistics Manager and many more.
The opportunities are endless .
So join us on a day that may shape your future.
