Description

This is an 'all inclusive' workshop where you will learn the art of transferring and running out / flooding designs onto biscuits using Royal Icing 'let down' to the correct working consistency. Discover how to achieve a smooth sheen finish using a quick drying method.

To get the most out of this course you will need some piping experience. If you are a beginner, we recommend you consider attending The Wilton Method - Course 1 - Building Buttercream Skills or The Wilton Method - Course 2 - Royal Icing (Flowers and Cake Design) workshops before attending this course.

Our Caterham venue is near Croydon in Surrey. We are 10 minutes drive from the M25 (Jct 6). There are reqular fast train links to Caterham via East Croydon from London Victoria & London Bridge Stations which take about 45 minutes. Gatwick is our closest airport, only 25 minutes away and Heathrow Airport is easily accessible via Central London.
