Guest Speaker: Ricke Williams

Ricke Williams is a Dyslexia Speaker, Former Bank Manager (17 years; 13,500 interviews) and Founder & MD of Cadre Rocket. Ricke discovered his dyslexia at 36 and has led teams on the front line of a national bank as well as running an SME, so he speaks from both sides of the table. His style is candid, story-rich and zero-jargon- calling out what gets in the way, celebrating the strengths dyslexic thinkers bring, and offering clear, real-world perspective on how leaders can unlock that value.
