Step into the kitchen at Il Sovrano for a hands-on journey into the heart of Southern Italy. Guided by cook Vittoria, you’ll learn the art of Calabrian pasta-making — from kneading the dough to rolling, twisting, and shaping each piece with tradition in your hands.

Whether it’s your very first time or you’re already a pasta lover, this workshop will leave you with new skills, a deeper connection to Calabria’s culinary heritage, and of course… your own freshly made pasta to take home and enjoy at your table.

Can kids attend?

While this workshop isn’t specifically designed for children, they’re welcome to attend—provided they’re accompanied and supervised by a parent or carer.

Do you cater for gluten-free or vegan diets?

We currently cater for vegan and dairy-free diets only. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a gluten-free option for this workshop.

Will there be other food or drinks available?

Yes—Il Sovrano will have its regular menu available during the event. Any additional food, drinks, or items purchased will be charged at the till.
