Event description

Description

We are pleased to invite you to an upcoming screening of the compelling film, Calais Children, A Case to Answer, which has been written & produced by Professor Sue Clayton, and won 7 international awards.

After the screening we will hold a short Q&A session with Professor Sue Clayton and Clare Moseley, CEO of Care4Calais where you can learn more about the making of the film and the issues concerning unaccompanied refugee children in the current crisis.

Clare Moseley

Clare had a career as a Tax advisor at Deloitte before setting up Care4Calais in 2015 after travelling to the Calais ‘Jungle’ in 2015 and being horrified at what she witnessed. For the next two years she lived fulltime in Calais working to relieve the suffering of the many refugees trapped in limbo at the UK border. Today Care4Calais cares for 3,000+ refugees now dispersed across the north of France and Belgium and campaigns for a more tolerant and welcoming UK.
