Event description

Description

Screening of award winning film ‘Calais Children: a case to answer' and Q&A with the film director Sue Clayton.

In London South Bank University (LSBU). Keyworth Centre K-407 (4th floor), Elephant & Castle SE1 6NG

Thursday 22 February from 5pm

Co-hosted by LSBU Refugee, Human Rights & Development Studies Society and south London Stand up To Racism.

The film tells the scandal of what happened to the almost 2000 lone children who were in the Calais jungle as it burned down last year. Most of them had a legal case to be in Britain, yet they were denied entry. What went wrong? Where are they now? And what can we do about it?
