This event is all about finding your inner peace and focusing onsupporting your nervous system!

Join us at South Square for a session filled with calming activities to help you unwind and destress.

We've got everything you need to soothe your nerves and rejuvenate your mind and body. Supporting yourself and your nervous system to be in calm and walk away replenished.

Start with a grounding.

I will introduce you to EFT and we will do some tapping to aid and support your nervous system.

End with a safe space meditation.



About me:

I am a skilled EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner, also known as tapping, and the founder of *From the Inside Wellbeing.* Drawing on my extensive experience in mental health and my expertise in EFT, I help individuals transform their relationship with themselves.

I specializes in supporting people who struggle with feelings of inadequacy, guiding them to reconnect with their true selves, embrace self-compassion, and appreciate who they are.

My own journey with tapping was transformative, opening doors I never thought possible—including the creation of my own business. Through tapping, I gained insight into the barriers I was creating for myself, as well as the fears and worries that held me back from stepping out of my comfort zone and pursuing new opportunities.

Today, I use this profound technique to empower others to overcome their own limitations and lead more fulfilling lives.
