✨ Join us for a rejuvenating wellness experience! ✨

Begin with a beginner-to-intermediate mat-based Pilates class (all equipment provided), followed by a calming relaxation and affirmation session designed to help you unwind, reset, and feel empowered. Once movement and mindfulness are complete, enjoy complimentary refreshments before taking full advantage of the Lodge Spa facilities, including a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and invigorating cold plunge. After your spa time, we’ll gather for a nourishing salad lunch paired with a sweet treat (please check for allergen information before consuming). To end the day on a thoughtful note, you’ll head home with a Calm Club tote goodie bag, filled with little reminders of your time with us.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring?

Please wear comfortable Pilates-appropriate clothing that allows for easy stretching (arrive dressed in this outfit). Also, bring swimwear, a towel, a change of clothes, sandals or flip-flops, and an optional robe. The spa area is outdoors, so suitable footwear is required to move between areas.

What don't I need to bring?

We’ll provide all Pilates equipment, plus complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks, as well as a fresh salad lunch, and a sweet treat courtesy of Toasted Coffee Shop Gorseinon. (Allergen options may be limited—please contact us for details.)

Is there free parking?

Free on-site parking is available, but spaces are limited so please car share where possible.

Is there an age restriction?

Yes, this event is for people age 16 or above.

Do you allow refunds?

Due to limited spaces, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else—just let us know in advance.

Can I bring alcohol?

Please note: alcohol is not permitted in the spa.
