Join us for a Calm - Connect - Create mindful and creative based afternoon reset based in a stunning and relaxing studio.

This afternoon workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your inner calm and creativity.

You will learn some mindful meditation and experience some gentle, flowing Qigong - inspired mindful movement and release your creative side as we engage in an art making project feeling you refreshed and recharged.

Your investment is £50 and includes refreshments and all art materials.

Your workshop facilitator for the afternoon is Tania from A Mindful Way of Life who has taught mindfulness and well-being workshops for several years both locally and abroad.

This afternoon offers a unique opportunity to reset and nurture your mind, body and creative spirit.
