Throughout August, Calm Connections will help your family to better manage anxiety, low mood and depression through a whole range of fun sessions.

Media Cubs is holding a Summer Newsroom Takeover – giving little people big voices with Calm Connections.

Guided by Kirsty, a journalist and media consultant, the mini reporters will be holding four newsroom bulletins where all kids can create, debate and navigate news, to help them to express themselves with confidence and encourage opinions.

Because opinions turn into actions, and actions create a new reality.

A reality where young people are listened to and they are given the voice they deserve, one mini reporter at a time.

All of our sessions are delivered with a member of the Calm Connections team and provide ideas for tools and tips for the family to use to beeter manage anxiety/low mood.

The cost of the session is per family. We ask an adult attends with children.
