What is Calm Minds Club?
Calm Minds Club is a safe, supportive hour created for teens navigating the ups and downs of growing up. Through gentle practices and mindful tools, young people will learn ways to manage stress, build resilience, and connect with themselves in a compassionate and empowering way.
Each session includes:
• Mindfulness activities & simple stress-relief techniques
• Positive affirmations & confidence building
• Guided meditation & visualisation journeys
• A soothing sound bath with instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes & ocean drums
• A safe space to rest, reflect and recharge
What to bring (optional):
• A cosy blanket or cushion
• Water bottle
•Journal

Liv is a holistic practitioner, conscious parent, and creative guide. She supports children, teens and adults through gentle healing experiences using sound, energy work and mindfulness. As a home-educating mum and founder of a children’s drama school, Liv brings her love of calm connection to Calm Minds Club, offering young people a much-needed space to pause, breathe, and thrive.
