Our facilitators, Marina Larios and Carolyn Usher, will be exploring the power of positive thinking and giving you ideas and advice on how to help your kids become more resilient and develop a growth mindset.

Marina Larios (BA, MSc OD, MA Comm FRSA PgDipl) is a Clinical Hypnotherapist (University of West London) with more than 20 years of experience delivering workshops on a national and international level. Marina is the Founder and Co-director of The Hypnosis Practice.

Carolyn Usher (BA, MA, PgCert) is an experienced trainer, mentor and coach (Sheffield Hallam University) and a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher with more than 10 years experience of supporting individuals to grow in their personal and professional lives and improve their well-being.
