Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring anything (yoga mat, water, notebook)?

I will provide a yoga mat, you may wish to bring a blanket for relaxation, a notebook and pen for any notes, although I will be providing a handout.

What should I wear?

BE comfy, there will be very gentle movement and relaxation.

What if I have physical limitations/injuries?

Dont worry, everything is adaptable and you can also sit out of the movement part, the class is practical and chatty, the idea is that it is accessible for everyone

What if I'm just starting perimenopause vs. already in menopause?

Everyone is welcome, and everyone will learn something. Managing symptoms is very similar and doesnt overly matter what stage you are at

Will you discuss hormone replacement therapy?

This workshop focuses on lifestyle strategies rather than medical treatments, but there's Q&A time for ANY questions (inc HRT). As a nurse, I can provide general medical information, but I'm not YOUR nurse - specific decisions should be discussed with your own healthcare provider.
