Do you feel ready for a new relationship with your gut?
Is now the time to move from frustration and exasperation, to gut calm and care?
By the end of the 6 weeks, you'll be more in tune with your gut, with greater clarity and calm!
Join this small, intimate group coaching programme on Monday evenings for 75mins of gut calm, practical advice and care.
What we'll cover...
Week One, Gut Knowledge:
We 'll explore the amazing world of your inner gut garden, and explore the beautiful biology of your uniquely gorgeous gut. You'll get super clear on your intentions for the 6 week programme.
Week Two, Gut Compassion:
This week we take time to tune in and listen to your gut in a whole new way. You'll learn techniques to become more intuitive and compassionate than you ever thought possible!
Week Three, Gut Healing:
In week three, we cover the practical stuff like eating foods that support our gut microbiome, and removing foods that increase inflammation.
The session is co-facilitated by our lovely Nutritionist Bridgeen, to chat about simple changes to what you eat that will have a big impact!
Week Four, Gut Integrity:
In week four, we share the secrets of movement and the microbiome and the simple exercises that can have the most impact on your mood, emotions and gut resilience.
Week Five, An Authentic Gut Led Life:
Week five is authentic change. How can you commit to the building blocks of simple habits that will inspire you to live the changes you want? We'll share hacks that have the most impact on gut health and support you to integrate this in your daily life.
Week Six, Sustaining Change:
In week six, we bring it all together. You'll write your gut manifesto and commit to the changes you wish to make.
You'll also get access to our private Facebook group where you get weekly support and inspiration to keep you on track into February and March.
