About me:
I am a skilled EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner, also known as tapping, and the founder of *From the Inside Wellbeing.* Drawing on my extensive experience in mental health and my expertise in EFT, I help individuals transform their relationship with themselves.
I specializes in supporting people who struggle with feelings of inadequacy, guiding them to reconnect with their true selves, embrace self-compassion, and appreciate who they are.
My own journey with tapping was transformative, opening doors I never thought possible—including the creation of my own business. Through tapping, I gained insight into the barriers I was creating for myself, as well as the fears and worries that held me back from stepping out of my comfort zone and pursuing new opportunities.
Today, I use this profound technique to empower others to overcome their own limitations and lead more fulfilling lives.
