Calmer Nights Workshop
Date and time
A workshop for parents of children aged 1-5 focused on providing advice for families where sleep is a rare treat!
About this event
For many families with young children a good night’s sleep can be a rare treat!
Join us to explore ways to improve both your and your child’s sleep and to feel more confident about your family’s routine.
Note: Only parents who live or have a GP in Islington are eligible to access this workshop. One ticket is needed per family to avoid double bookings. This workshop is only open to parents and not professionals.
Aims:
- To promote sleep health for parents and children
- To empower parents to support ‘good enough’ sleep behaviours and graduate to calmer nights
- To come away with the beginnings of a plan of how to achieve this
- Space to ask questions
Parents will be expected to turn up on time and engage in discussions and activities.
This workshop will be held in Ambler Children's Centre.
Creche will be available. Please sign up before Thursday 30th June if you would like Creche.
This workshop will be facilitated by Liz Mawle (Family Therapist), Kirsty Stubbs (Clinical Psychologist) and Sairah Khanom (Honorary Assistant Psychologist).
