About this event

Is your child a mixture of tantruming toddler, defiant teenager and angry adolescent all in one body, no matter what their age? Are they under or over responsive/reactive to sensory input (sounds, smells, tastes, other people) Do they struggle with reading and writing, concentration and behaving at school. Do they have issues with physical activities such as riding a bike, swimming or climbing.

Such behaviour and developmental delay can be attributed to trauma and lack of stimulation as well as living in hostile environments before and after birth. and more.

These two workshops will help you to gain an understanding of the mind body connection, the senses, the reflexes and the importance of movement. You will be offer a space to discuss the issues your children have, and see how they can be addressed from a movement perspective.

You will Learn some exercises and activities to help your child(ren) Discover why touch is important to emotional and physical wellbeing.

This session will take place via Zoom.
