The Cambridge Chocolate Festival will be launched over Valentine’s Weekend at Histon Smokehouse, starting off your Date Night with a chocolate themed cocktail menu created by local mixologist Pawel using single origin chocolate from the cocao belt of South America, and that’s just Friday!

Saturday and Sunday the Histon Smokehouse Team will be serving brunch throughout with the very special addition of a savoury chocolate or molé breakfast plate on the menu.

Guests of the Smokehouse may also order a chocolate tasting plate put together by local chocolatiers in collaboration with Smokehouse Chef.

The Chocolate Festival itself will be presented in the outdoor garden where chocolate lovers will enter through the Chocolate Factory presented by our own chocolate maker Anisa Ather of Anisa & Chocolate. Anisa and Riadh will tour you through the process of bean to bar chocolate making starting with roasting, winnowing, cracking, grinding and finally the more familiar chocolate bars, truffles, and desserts, which leads us to the chocolate shops..

Make your way through the Chocolate Factory, into the shops area where you can meet the makers, chocolatiers, and bakers themselves who work everyday with the worlds most popular natural aphrodisiac - chocolate -
