If you're not a humbug then come in your best Christmas jumper! We'll be giving away a Rosenfeld Media book for the best Christmas jumper, as judged by our committee.
Help us choose a new name!
The Cambridge Usability Group has been organising free talks about user experience design topics since 2005. We've been lucky enough to host some internationally renowned speakers including Giles Colborne, Andrew Travers, Ian Fenn, Caroline Jarrett, Claire Rowland and Cennydd Bowles. This year we ran, for the first time, a lightning talks event with a line up of local speakers which was extremely well received.
The group is run by a small committee on a voluntary basis. The current committee members are:
Francis Rowland, EMBL-EBI (@francisrowland)
Jo Packer, University of Cambridge (@jujupacker)
Michele Ide-Smith, University of Cambridge (@micheleidesmith)
Tim Regan, Microsoft Research (@dumbledad)
Over the years our events have diversified away from just usability topics and in 2014 we'd like to start the year with a new name and brand. We'd like your help at the Christmas party to choose a new name.
With the help of our generous sponsors (details below) we're delighted to be able to thank all our regular attendees for your support.
Our events wouldn't be possible without the support of our generous sponsors.
