Registration Guide for CWOW 2026
By registering through this link, you are signing up for Cambridge Wide Open Week (11–19 June 2026). This gives you general access to the festival and keeps you updated on all the events happening across the weeks.
What’s included automatically
✅ Your CWOW registration automatically includes entry to Cambridge Wide Open Day on Wednesday 17 June — no additional sign-up required. Ahead of the Open Day, we will share venue-specific registration links together with the full schedule, so you can select the venues and sessions you’d like to attend.
What needs separate registration
Some programmes require separate registration due to their format, venue capacity, hospitality arrangements, and other logistical considerations. These include:
- Ventures Tours (Cambridge, Oxford and London)
- AZ Exchange
- BIA TechBio X
- …and other partner-led events
We’ll share the relevant links closer to the time so you can confirm your place.
