All bookings must be made by a leader. Bookings close 5.30pm on Friday 11th July, or sooner if all places are filled.

All bookings are on a “first come, first served” basis, open to Cambridgeshire Beaver Colonies.
Only the Group Lead Volunteer, the Beaver Team Leader or Beaver Team members may make the bookings.
A Colony may split attendance over both days (book each ticket type for the number required on each day) but each Beaver can only attend one date.
This event is open to all Beavers and is designed as a day packed with fun activities which can meet the requirements of some of the harder elements of some challenge badges.
Spaces are limited to ensure the activities work for the numbers on site - unfortunately this means we are unable to accommodate any young people except for the Beavers and Young Leaders in your Colony.
The required ratio of adults of 1:6 plus 1 must attend
All Leaders attending must at the date of the event be up to date with their Safety & Safeguarding training and have a valid scouting disclosure.
Parent helpers who do not have a valid scouting disclosure may attend but must not be left unsupervised with children. This is the responsibility of the Leader in charge of the Colony at the event.

Photography, videos and recordings

Organisers will be taking photographs, video and sound recordings for appropriate scouting use (current and future), no names will be used.
Adults attending with each Colony must know if this means the faces of any Beavers attending are not to be photographed / videoed by the organisers, and make this known when such images are being taken. We have no control over photographs taken by others.

Registration Instructions

Click "Register" above.
Select the relevant tickets you want to book. You do not need to know the names of those attending at this stage.
Tick to agree to the "Payment" and "Further attendee details" terms.
Click "Register".
You will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.
Closer to the event you will receive instructions to provide further details for each attendee and more details on the event itself.

Fees

Each Beaver Scout space is £20. This includes event badge and drink refills (there will also be drinks available for adults and young leaders) - all attendees will need to bring snacks and lunch. There is no charge for Leaders and Young Leaders attending.
BACS details and payment wording is provided further on in the booking process. All payments must be made (as above) within 5 working days of booking on Eventbrite.
Unless the event is cancelled by the organiser you are liable for full fee payment of the spaces booked - even if you subsequently decide to cancel or want to reduce the numbers. Fees are non-refundable, unless all event spaces can be filled and the fee collected from another participant.

Dates and times

Each day has capacity for 180 Beavers:

Saturday 19th July - for 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
Sunday 20th July - for 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.

Check in will be at the gate of Copley Scout Centre from 8.00 a.m. Please meet all your Beavers in the Car Park of One Leisure Centre, St Ives before proceeding to the check in area.
