All bookings must be made by a leader. Bookings close 5.30pm on Friday 4th July, or sooner if all places are filled.

All bookings are on a “first come, first served” basis, open to Cambridgeshire Squirrel Dreys.
Only – Group Lead Volunteers, Squirrel Section Team Leaders and Squirrel Team Members may make the bookings.
A Drey may split attendance over both days (book each ticket type for the number required on each day) but each Squirrel can only attend one date.
This event is open to all Squirrels and is designed as a day filled of fun activities which can fulfill the requirements of some of the harder elements of some challenge badges.
Spaces are limited to ensure the activities work for the numbers on site - unfortunately this means we are unable to accommodate any young people except for the Squirrels and Young Leaders in your Drey.
The required ratio of adults of 1:4 plus 1 must attend
All Leaders attending must at the date of the event be up to date with their Safety & Safeguarding learning and have a valid scouting disclosure.
Parent helpers who do not have a valid scouting disclosure may attend but must not be left unsupervised with children. This is the responsibility of the Leader in charge of the Drey at the event.

Photography, videos and recordings

Organisers will be taking photographs, video and sound recordings for appropriate scouting use (current and future), no names will be used.
Adults attending with each Drey must know if this means the faces of any Squirrels attending are not to be photographed / videoed by the organisers, and make this known when such images are being taken. We have no control over photographs taken by others.

Registration Instructions

Click "Register" above.
Select the relevant tickets you want to book. You do not need to know the names of those attending at this stage.
Tick to agree to the "Payment" and "Further attendee details" terms.
Click "Register".
You will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.
Closer to the event you will receive instructions to provide further details for each attendee and more details on the event itself.

Fees

Each Squirrel Scout space is £15. This includes event badge and drink refills (there will also be drinks available for adults and young leaders) - all attendees will need to bring snacks and lunch. There is no charge for Young Leaders or Adults attending.
BACS details and payment wording is provided further on in the booking process. All payments must be made (as above) within 5 working days of booking on Eventbrite.
Unless the event is cancelled by the organiser you are liable for full fee payment of the spaces booked - even if you subsequently decide to cancel or want to reduce the numbers. Fees are non-refundable, unless all event spaces can be filled and the fee collected from another participant.

Dates and times

Each day has capacity for 180 Squirrels:

Saturday 20th July - for 10.00 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.
Sunday 21st July - for 10.00 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.

Check in will be at the gate of Copley Scout Centre from 9.00 a.m. Please meet all your Squirrels in the Car Park of One Leisure Centre, St Ives before proceeding to the check in area
