Description

celebrating the sights and sounds of Camden

Camden Alive will take over The British Museum on Saturday 7 March 2020 for a night of pop-up performance and showcase of new artworks made by artists in collaboration with residents of Camden.

Hosted by Sadie Frost and featuring soundscapes by Peter Adjaye, dance from The Place, tracks from Brownsilla, Boss B & Steffi Klenz’s new album, sounds from Awate, an epic short film by David Blandy & Larry Achiampong, fashion by Made in Camden with Wayne Hemingway, the event will showcase the culture and creativity of Camden.

Camden Alive is a Cultural Impact Award winner as part of the Mayor’s London Borough of Culture.

The event will form part of BBC 6 Music Festival Fringe 2020.
