Camden NHS Community Services Open Day

Community Services Month is back in Camden: It’s bigger and better than before!

We’re inviting local partners to connect with our CNWL NHS teams delivering care in the heart of our communities, at an open event showcasing the physical health services CNWL provides. This year we will be at Peckwater Centre on Thursday 20th November from 10am-12:30pm, and we hope you can join us.

Why we’re doing this and why it matters:

We’re not just “the NHS”. We’re local people, living in the same communities, using the same services, and helping run them as well.

We are focusing on prevention as well as intervention, and putting hospital-level monitored care into the homes of our residents.

What to expect:

· Interactive stalls
See hands-on demonstrations of the tools and techniques our teams use every day. From Health Visiting to Urgent Community Response, you’ll get a close-up look at how care is delivered locally.

· Presentation sessions
Hear directly from our frontline teams about the services they provide. They’ll share how integrated care models are evolving and how we’re working with partners across primary care, acute services, and local authorities to improve outcomes.

· Networking opportunities
Meet colleagues from across the NHS, local authority, local residents and the voluntary sector. Share ideas, build connections, and explore new ways of working together.
