In a normal amateur training environment, the individuals skill improvements take second place to the full teams tactical performance.

With no team performance to train towards at our Coached Plus Technical Clinics, this allows us to be single minded in our focus of improving the athletes individual skill sets.

We gain real progression with our athletes in a short space of time. We believe this is down to providing quality coach to athlete contact time during each session. To ensure this happens consistently, we only work with a maximum of 10 athletes per coach, per session.
